Refund policy

Returns:

For regular priced items, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be requested on our website to be eligible for return.  To request a return number, please click "Start My Return" below. Return labels are available upon request for a $9 fee deducted from the refund, or you can return at your own expense. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item/s must be in the original packaging, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unscented (no perfume, deodorant or makeup stains) and in the same condition that you received it. Once a return request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of order delivery date to be eligible for a full refund. Returns on items received after the allowed time period are accepted at our discretion. We may choose to issue a partial refund, store credit, or return the item/s back at the cost of the customer. 

Items purchased at any of our stores must be returned at the store from which it was purchased. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were not purchased directly from our site.


Exchanges:

To process an exchange, please request a return as noted above, and choose the exchange option. New item size/color should be requested in the notes section.

Exchanges need to be shipped back at customer's expense. We do not provide labels for exchanges.

Returning an item that was exchanged follows the same rules as our Return Policy above. A $7 fee will be deducted from exchanges that are returned, to cover the cost of shipping the exchange. 

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Sale Items:

Sale items are refundable unless marked as "FINAL SALE" in the item title. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Price Adjustments:

We will gladly issue price adjustments within 7 days of the original order if the price changes and the item is still in stock. If the item is no longer in stock when the price adjustment is requested, we will not be able to issue a price adjustment.
